BNY is seeking a Vice President Production Services in Singapore to lead incident escalations and drive operational excellence within the Production Services CTOC MIM Team. You will coordinate with TSG, business operations, and Cyber teams to manage incidents and changes, ensuring rapid detection and effective response.

• Leading operations status calls at beginning and end of day.

Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Production Services to join our Production Services CTOC MIM Team. This role is located in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 - 12 years of related infrastructure or application support experience required;
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Experience in People Leadership role is a plus
