Job summary

Singapore Veterinary Health PTE. LTD. is seeking a Practice Manager (Clinic Operations & Services) to lead daily clinic operations, drive high-quality veterinary care, and ensure outstanding client service.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong leadership and a focus on productivity and brand standards across our clinics. You will partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Field Leadership to supervise paraprofessional staff, plan CE, manage scheduling, and maintain a safe, engaging clinic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience.
• Clinic or veterinary/hospital management experience preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated with ability to meet tight timelines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations and drive high-quality veterinary care and client service.
• Partner with Lead Veterinarian and Field Leadership to optimize clinic productivity.
• Supervise paraprofessional team and conduct development, coaching and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and adherence to practice policies and brand standards.
• Lead communication with associates, clients, and regional support to align on priorities.
