Job summary

You will partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Field Leadership to lead paraprofessional teams, manage scheduling, training, and development plans, and drive market objectives across the clinic network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries preferred.
• Clinic leadership experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lead Veterinarian to manage clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional client service.
• Supervise paraprofessional teams and coordinate schedules, training, and development plans.

• Ensure compliance with practice policies and Singapore laws, and manage daily clinic operations.
