Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a veterinary clinical setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor veterinary nurses to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Perform veterinary examinations, diagnostics, and treatments as needed.
• Assist in surgical procedures and oversee post-operative care.
• Manage medical inventory — order supplies, track stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and medical protocols.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and workflow planning.
• Collaborate with management to improve clinical and operational efficiency.
