Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor veterinary nurses to maintain high standards of patient care.

  • Manage medical inventory — order supplies, track stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and medical protocols.

Position Overview

This leadership role blends hands-on clinical work with team management and operational oversight. The Lead Veterinary Technician / DVM will work alongside veterinarians, lead and mentor vet nurses, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly through efficient inventory management and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
