Job summary

WAN HAI LINES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a Ship Stowage Planner (Vessel) in Singapore. You will plan stowage for local and regional vessels and monitor schedules to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and experience with ship segregation and approvals, plus familiarity with Casp Ship Planning Software and MS Office, are valued. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• O Level or higher educational attainment.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a ship stowage planner.
• Knowledge of Casp Ship Planning Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ship stowage planning for local and regional offices.
• Ship schedule monitoring to ensure timely operations.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and ship segregation/approval.
• Verifying Terminal Invoices and Partners Invoices.
