Qualifications

• Proven track record in marine/operations or similar roles preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Proforma, manage Vessel Schedules and Bunker Consumption.
• Improve service and vessel schedule reliability; anticipate delays and mitigate them.
• Oversee day-to-day vessel operations and ensure proper instructions to vessels and agents.
• Ensure accurate accounting for bunker consumption and related costs.
• Communicate schedules and contingencies to stakeholders; update systems with realistic data.
• Identify processes for improvements in marine operations and cost control.
