Job summary

INNERGY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Vessel Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of a global fleet. The Technical Superintendent will ensure efficient vessel performance, safety compliance, and cost-effective management.

The successful candidate has 4–6 years on container vessels, prior Chief/Second Engineer exposure, and strong skills in PMS/SMS analysis, dockings, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in container vessel management.
• Experience as Chief or Second Engineer on container vessels.
• Experience with dry docking and technical management.
• Knowledge of PMS and SMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage vessel reports and file them in a structured manner.
• Review routine vessel reports and follow up.
• Analyze costs, PMS, and KPI data to assess ship health.
• Maintain data quality in Ship manager system onboard.
• Develop dynamic work plans with vessel command and monitor progress.
• Visit vessels; report on condition, repairs, crew, safety, and env protection.
• Prepare technical specs for dockings and pre-purchase inspections in Asia.
• Assist in technical analysis for new purchases.
