Greenphyto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Production Planner to convert customer demand, crop recipes and farm capacity into practical production schedules for seeding, growth and harvest. You will ensure on-time supply while minimising waste through tight coordination with R&D, farm operations, automation, quality, procurement and logistics teams.

The role requires strong planning skills, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Agriculture, Business or related.
1–2 years in production planning or related area; fresh graduates accepted.
Strong Excel, planning, forecasting, and ERP/MRP experience.
Ability to communicate plans and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain master production schedules across seeding, germination, transplanting, growth and harvest.
Translate orders, forecasts and sales commitments into weekly and monthly production plans.
Plan capacity utilisation of farm area, automation, labour and nursery space.
Incorporate crop recipes, growth cycles and yields into planning.
Plan consumables and coordinate timely procurement with suppliers.
Align harvest, packing and dispatch with delivery requirements.
Monitor plan and re-plan for demand changes or capacity constraints.
Track KPIs such as plan adherence, yield and wastage.
Maintain production data in ERP and farm-management systems.
Lead regular planning and S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams.
