Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Singapore seeks a test engineer to develop and maintain functional test solutions for electronic modules using LabVIEW, CVI, or C++. You will support VAVE initiatives, optimize test cycles, and analyze PCBA test data to drive improvements.

The role requires hands-on lab instrument experience and strong collaboration with suppliers and contract manufacturers to develop test hardware and fixtures for qualification and production.

Qualifications

• Experience in test software development using LabVIEW, CVI, or C++.
• Strong understanding of signal analysis, signal processing, and electronic testing.
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of PC interfaces such as RS-232, USB, Ethernet, GPIB, CAN, and SPI.
• Familiarity with test fixture qualification, calibration, and statistical problem-solving.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and supplier collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to improve product quality and manufacturing test efficiency.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
