Job summary

Vantage Automotive Limited is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Assistant on a 12-month contract to prepare and coordinate vehicles for showroom display, events, test drives, and new car delivery. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for handover, with attention to labels and display readiness.

The role requires a GCE O-Level or above, a Class 3 driving license, at least 3 years in a logistics role (automotive experience a plus), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for marketing events (cleaning, polishing, fuel/charging)
• Ensure cars are ready and presentable before handover
• Install event car plates and perform basic checks
• Keep display cars clean, polished and showroom-ready
• Maintain and monitor charging systems for EVs
• Support daily showroom operations and setup
• Collaborate with Sales on new car deliveries to ensure smooth handover
