HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QC Service Technician to perform quality checks on valves and related components at our Boon Lay site in Singapore. You will conduct QC inspections, test valves, and prepare clear QC records.

The role requires hands-on capability with pressure-testing machines, measurement tools (vernier calipers, gauges), and basic Microsoft Office skills. Training is provided for crane operation and testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have professional certificate or NiTEC.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.
• Hands-on role requiring practical skills.
• Experience operating pressure-testing machines.
• Able to operate overhead crane.
• Familiar with measuring tools and gauges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Carry out QC inspections
• Daily process issue troubleshooting and follow up
• Conduct testing on valves
• Prepare QC records / reports
• Carry out risk assessment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the QC Manager
