Job summary

Good Gear Solution Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Production Engineer to support valve production, inspection, testing, servicing and quality documentation. The role requires a hands-on engineer who can work with valves and test equipment while keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities include inspections, test reporting, calibration records, and documentation for audits. You will ensure traceability, support ISO/IEC 17025 and API standards, and coordinate with Production, Inspection

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing or related engineering field.
• Experience with industrial valves, pressure testing, valve servicing or test equipment preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair and service industrial valves.
• Operate valve test bench and record test results.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of valves and components.
• Review valve specifications, drawings, datasheets and customer requirements.
• Prepare inspection and test reports, calibration records and production documents.
• Support audits and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 and API documentation.
• Ensure traceability of valves, parts, materials and certificates.
