Job summary

PwC Singapore's Valuations practice, within Deals Transaction Services, helps clients maximize value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures through robust valuation analysis and financial modelling tailored to IFRS and US GAAP guidance.

As a valued member of the team, you’ll support managers with accounting and valuation advice, perform valuations for financial reporting and deals, and contribute to client advisory on IFRS and US GAAP considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant valuation experience.
• Strong accounting technical capabilities.
• Clear and concise communication in English.

As part of the team, you’ll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps our clients enhance their deal value

How will you value-add?

• Support our managers in providing accounting and valuation advice to clients
• Performing valuation for purposes of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions and also in disputes settlement
• Assist in advising our clients on IFRS and US GAAP.

About you:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Valuation
• Enjoy corporate finance and valuation theories.
• Demonstrated strong accounting technical capabilities.
• Self-starters who are seeking new technical challenges.
