Job summary

Forvis Mazars Asia is seeking a Valuation Associate in our Singapore office, a center of excellence within APAC. The role will focus on valuations and include opportunities in M&A advisory.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing financial models, and preparing valuation reports in line with international standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, plus relevant certifications and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in valuation or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CVA, RICS, or ASA) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform market and industry research.
• Develop financial models to value private companies.
• Identify and value intangible assets for reporting or M&A.
• Analyze financial projections against benchmarks.
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with standards.
