Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an engineering professional to support setup, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing equipment lines on-site at Changi. You'll perform IQ/OQ/TMV validation, develop validation protocols, and prepare technical reports.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma-driven process optimization, robust documentation, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. 1-year renewable contract, onsite, with company transport support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Hands-on setup of new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Experience in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/TMV or similar).
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MES, CAD, MS Project or statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Perform equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ, OQ, TMV).
• Develop and execute validation protocols and prepare reports.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.
• Investigate CAPA, non-conformances and audit findings.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Prepare work instructions and training materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and suppliers.
• Assist in project planning, risk assessments and technician coordination.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
