Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Manufacturing Validation Engineer to lead process qualification and validation activities in our Changi facility. You will analyze data, drive improvements, and support automation and inspection systems under a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, hands-on experience with SPC, process capability analysis, and quality systems. 6-month contract with potential to convert to permanent.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing process validation, qualification or verification.
Knowledge of SPC and process capability analysis.
Experience in manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting.
Familiar with manufacturing quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing process qualification and validation activities
Improve production processes, quality and efficiency
Analyse manufacturing data using SPC and statistical methods
Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions
Support automation, inspection systems and manufacturing improvements
Prepare engineering documentation, validation protocols and reports
