Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Service Designer for Requirements Discovery to shape a digital tool. The role blends applied service design with generative discovery to understand the real problem before shaping the solution.

You will run discovery with agency teams, map end-to-end processes, and synthesize insights. Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and test concepts, driving buildable clarity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in service design, UX research, or product discovery.
• Strong generative research and synthesis skills to turn messy inputs into structured insight.
• Comfort designing for process and workflow problems, not only interface issues.
• Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently in an exploratory 0→1 context where the end product is not yet defined.
• Interest in or exposure to AI-assisted tools or agents is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and test process interventions or concepts to validate whether they help teams reach buildable clarity.
• Facilitate workshops to frame problems, align stakeholders, and pressure-test emerging concepts.

The insights from this work will directly inform the design of a tool or agent intended to support that process. The role is both applied service design and generative discovery — understanding the real problem before shaping the solution.
