Job summary

Astek Singapore Innovation Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking a UI/UX Designer who creates intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into practical design solutions.

You will balance user research, interaction design, and visual design, develop design systems, and contribute to web and mobile interfaces. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven UI/UX Designer experience with strong UI design.
• Portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive interactions across web and mobile.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across touchpoints.
