Qualifications

• 3–10 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Experience with public or government sector projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience with Adobe XD and/or Sketch.
• Experience with Miro.
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop user flows and interaction designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
