Job summary

National Council of Social Service (NCSS) in Singapore seeks a UX Designer for its Digital Products and Platforms division to shape digital products and internal systems that help NCSS and the social service sector work more effectively.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to ensure solutions are grounded in real needs and practical in the real world.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating research and design to simplify complex problems and improve user experiences.
• Strong grounding in user-centred design, UX research, interaction design and prototyping.
• Ability to connect research, data, user needs and business constraints into clear design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand users and frame problems through evidence and research insights.
• Drive design from problem framing through validation and refinement with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to shape feasible solutions.
• Turn complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences across digital products and platforms.
• Apply research findings to continuously improve products after launch.
