Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a UX Engineer for a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will shape experiences across governance, risk, and compliance workflows, collaborating with product teams, engineers, and programme stakeholders.

You will map complex journeys, prototype quickly, and ground decisions in user needs and business objectives. Strong portfolio and Figma skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
• Experience designing for complex workflows with multiple user roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating research, synthesis, prototyping and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to communicate complex journeys.
• Familiarity with web technologies and how constraints influence UX.

Responsibilities

• Understand broader programme context and guide design decisions.
• Map end-to-end workflows across user roles, teams, and systems.
• Translate complex government workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Champion user-centred design and advocate for the user throughout development.
• Prototype and test ideas early; iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align workflows.
