Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support utilities, site and risk management on our projects in Singapore. You will assist PM, Utility Manager, and Site Manager, plan utility works and monitor compliance on site.

Candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least two years of relevant experience. The role involves coordinating with authorities and teams, guiding design coordination, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

Must hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

Assist PM, Utility Manager, and Site Manager with utility, site, and risk management.
Plan, execute, and monitor utility works and diversion plans.
Coordinate designs to meet construction requirements, codes, and standards.
Investigate affected utilities and traffic diversions.
Prepare utility diversion and temporary/permanent works designs.
Liaise with authorities, clients, project teams, and utility agencies.
Coordinate utility approvals and diversion works.
Prepare documents and submissions for timely approval.
Attend site meetings and inspections.
Supervise utility works, subcontractors, quality, and safety compliance.
Follow WSH requirements and report unsafe acts or incidents.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
