Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline).
• At least 8 years of experience in utilities management, maintenance, or reliability in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation processes.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
• Strong reliability mindset with DMAIC root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to maintain and improve utilities systems supporting production needs.
• Develop and implement maintenance and reliability programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Oversee utilities system qualification activities ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and vendor relationships to support maintenance and project execution.
• Use data analysis and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement in utilities maintenance and operation performance.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and collaboration within the team.
