Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Maintenance Technician to monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems and production equipment such as boiler, WWTP, RO water, chillers, and scrubbers. You will ensure reliable operation and perform routine maintenance and inspections.

The role requires NITEC in Engineering, willingness to do 12-hour rotating shifts, and immediate or short-notice start. Candidates must be able to liaise with vendors and contractors and document key operating parameters.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC in Engineering.
• Open to 12 hour rotating shift.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems and production equipment (boiler steam generation, WWTP, odour containment system with chemical scrubber, RO water system, chillers).
• Ensure all utility systems and equipment start and operate efficiently and reliably.
• Conduct regular maintenance such as chemical top-ups and waste residue disposal.
• Perform periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of all systems and equipment.
• Record key operating parameters and maintain accurate logs.
• Execute maintenance programs and identify signs of malfunction or wear, reporting issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, spare parts, and chemical supplies.
• Oversee contractor-led instrument calibration programs.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems and production equipment such as Boiler steam generation system, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); Odour Containment System with chemical scrubber; Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system; Chillers etc
• Ensure all utility systems and production equipment start and operate efficiently and reliably.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities such as chemical top-ups for systems like WWTP and chemical scrubber. Removal and proper disposal of waste residues, such as flocculated sludge in WWTP
• Perform Periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of all systems and production equipment
• Perform functional checks and monitor key operating parameters, maintaining accurate records.
• Execute primary maintenance programs and promptly identify early signs of malfunction or wear, reporting issues to superiors.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance works, spare parts procurement, and chemical supplies.
• Oversee contractor-led instrument calibration programs for utility systems and production equipment.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
