We are a Japanese company specializing in premium Japanese Wagyu and meat products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Butcher / Meat Processing Staff to join our team.

This is a hands-on factory role involving daily meat cutting, trimming, portioning, packing, and preparation of customer orders.

Candidates with butchery, meat cutting, kitchen, or food production experience are preferred. Candidates without direct butchery experience who are comfortable handling raw meat and willing to learn are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Role Purpose

• Perform daily butchery and meat production tasks according to company specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, portion, and pack meat products according to company specifications.

• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Label and pack products for distribution.

• Follow SOPs, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Singapore without requiring an employer-sponsored work pass.

• No experience required – training will be provided.

• Butchery, kitchen, or food production experience is an advantage.

• Comfortable handling raw meat, Including BEEF and PORK.

• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.

• Able to perform hands-on and physically demanding factory work.

• Able to work in a cold room environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic to intermediate knife skills are preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.

• Able to meet the physical demands of factory work.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Sunday & Public Holidays Off
