Job summary

CREW by HRNET invites applications for an on-site role in Tampines (East). The position focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly of server, storage and networking products, including chassis, motherboard, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, fans, brackets and cables. Training is provided.

Working hours include day/night shifts with 12-hour rotations and a permanent Sunday off. Candidates should have experience in assembly/production/manufacturing/electronics and be comfortable reading SOPs, drawings,

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/production/manufacturing/electronics.
• Able to read SOPs, work instructions, assembly drawings or diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with tools, cable assembly, wiring or component assembly is an advantage.
• Training provided for candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of server, storage and networking products.
• Assemble components such as chassis, motherboard, CPU, memory/RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, fans, brackets and cables.
• Perform component fitting, fastening, installation and cable routing using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Follow SOPs, WI, engineering drawings, BOMs and assembly specifications.
• Ensure correct part number, component, orientation, sequence and assembly configuration.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, crimping tools and other basic assembly equipment.
• Perform basic functional checks, visual checks and self-inspection after assembly.
• Maintain required production output, takt time and quality standards.
• Identify and elevate missing parts, incorrect components, assembly abnormalities, defects or unclear work instructions.
• Record production and quality information accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow 5S, ESD, safety and workplace procedures.

Requirements:

• Training provided for candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic salary from $2,000- $3,000/month (commensurate as per experience)
• Allowances up to $500+/month

WORKING HOURS

• Permanent Sunday off
• Day: 8am – 8pm
• Night: 8pm – 8am
• Rotational day/night shift
• 12-hour rotating shifts
