Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities operations lead to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety for the campus in Singapore. The role includes coordinating with stakeholders and contractors for daily operations and A&A projects.

The role requires overseeing fire safety, workplace safety and health, and enforcing security policies, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement. On-site position with broad stakeholder interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team in managing day-to-day operations on maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety matters.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage contractors to solve facility-related matters.
• Monitor and collaborate with relevant departments in facilities-related procurements.
• Assist in project management, including contract and procurement administrations for Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects.
• Perform the role of Fire Safety Manager for the campus.
• Coordinate Workplace Safety and Health matters.
• Review, establish and enforce security policies and procedures such as Security SOP and lockdown procedures.
• Review and propose sustainability initiatives to reduce electricity and water consumption.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
