Build future-ready banking skills through AI-augmented workflows, data-led decision making, and a balanced focus on both technical expertise and human capabilities.

Build the foundation

4 months of structured training covering advisory readiness, core banking, and client capabilities, along with monthly enrichment sessions to reinforce learning.

Rotations across customer segment units for a cross-functional perspective, enabling participants to build a deeper understanding of the business.

Apply and grow

Frontline placement with continuous coaching and development, complemented by project-based learning and real client engagement to build practical experience.

Beyond the programme
