Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is hiring for a telesales role based in Novena, Singapore. You will primarily outbound call existing customers to acquire unsecured loan products and drive sales targets while providing customer service.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, energy, and strong communication. You will work Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:30pm, with overtime and some weekend hours as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level qualification and above.
• Energetic and proactive personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly motivated to build a career in banking sales.
• Highly sales-driven to achieve sales targets and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through assigned leads to acquire new unsecured loan sales.
• Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• Follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week, with overtime applicable whenever required by Management.
