Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a System Engineer for Unix/Linux to design, operate, and secure our critical IT infrastructure.

This role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Unix/Linux administration, plus proficiency with RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu, scripting, LVM/RAID, and monitoring.

Nice-to-have skills include Ansible/Puppet/Chef, Docker/Kubernetes basics, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, performance tuning, and relevant certs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Unix/Linux admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu.
• Shell scripting (Bash, Korn) skills.
• Understanding of file systems, LVM, RAID.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix).
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, SSH.
• Patching and vulnerability management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication.
