Job summary

Stripe Singapore is seeking a program lead to shape our early-stage university recruiting efforts. You will own on-campus events, build relationships with faculty and student groups, and drive a diverse pipeline for graduates and interns across offices.

Collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, design campus strategies, plan events, screen candidates, and ensure a welcoming candidate experience from hire to potential full-time conversion.

• Develop deep relationships with university groups, including faculty and student organizations, to design school-specific strategies that enhance our value proposition and brand on campus
• Plan and execute on campus and virtual events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding
• Screen candidates and ensure that our hiring process is consistent and inclusive
• Drive a positive candidate experience for every new graduate and intern candidate considering a career at Stripe
• Build and iterate on our year-round internship program alongside teammates and cross-functional stakeholders
• Act as a resource to interns from hire to full-time conversion
• Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships

About The Team

You will help shape the future of our early‑stage programs and be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including (but not limited to) organizing and leading on campus events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, branding, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing our global internship program.

Minimum Requirements

• A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience for early talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
• Proven abilities to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline
• An active and data driven approach to problem solving, using data to identify trends and applying insights to drive efficient recruiting strategies
• A growth mindset and is truly flexible, can shift tasks and priorities as circumstances change (At a fast‑growing startup, they often do)
• An interest in working in a cross‑functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and welcome new perspectives
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-4 years full‑cycle university recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

In‑office expectations

Office‑assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location.

For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is SGD 110,400 - SGD 165,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
