Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a data-focused professional to help manage learning data, generate dashboards, and support training events in Singapore. You will work with Excel and Power BI to analyze participation, attendance and feedback, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include data collection, trend analysis, and coordinating Dojo events, with a focus on process improvement and automation of recurring reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) required.
• Familiarity with Power BI for dashboards.

Job Description

You will work on dashboard to help analyse training completion and feedbacks. You will also be exposed to AI tools that will be used to generate content for learning. Occasionally you will also be helping with the logistic support such as event creation, attendance tracking, day to day logistics support for face to face or virtual events.

What You’ll Do

Learning Data Management & Analysis

• Collect and consolidate training participation data from various sources.
• Maintain and update learner attendance and completion records.
• Analyze learning trends, feedback results, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with trainers, programme leads, and learning participants to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support coordination of training sessions, workshops, and Dojo events.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and communications for stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and administrative processes.
• Support automation of recurring reports and data collection activities.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights and user feedback.

Event Support

• Participate in Dojo initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Track project progress, risks, and action items.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support programme enhancements.

Qualifications

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
