Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a focused professional to design and implement a structured tool to gather and centralize AI-related information from internal teams in Singapore. You will help enable GTM activities with our AI partners and act as a primary contact with external vendors, coordinating meetings and collecting product details.

You will engage in discovery calls and technical discussions, confidently discussing capabilities and integration options with AI partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and applications.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and process design.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured information gathering tool or framework to centralize AI-related data from internal units.
• Assist GTM enablement by analyzing captured data to identify opportunities and coordinate with AI partners.
• Serve as a main liaison with external AI vendors; schedule meetings and collect product information.
• Participate in discovery calls and technical discussions, articulating capabilities and integration options.

• Information Capture & Tool Creation: Design and implement a structured tool, framework, or process to easily gather, track, and centralize AI-related information and requirements from various internal units.
• GTM Enablement: Analyze the captured data to help identify synergy, track opportunities, and drive potential Go-To-Market (GTM) activities alongside our AI partners.
• Vendor Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for external AI vendors, scheduling meetings, gathering product information.
• Technical Collaboration: Actively participate in discovery calls and technical discussions with AI partners, confidently carrying conversations around capabilities and integration.

What You’ll Do
