The intern will be working with NCS’s Aviation business development team in identifying and developing technology opportunities across aviation operators and airport-related organisations.

The intern will be involved in real-world aviation technology projects covering areas such as cloud, AI, data analytics, digitalisation, cybersecurity, smart airport solutions and airport operations.

Key projects may include:

• Supporting research and analysis of emerging aviation technology trends and airport digitalisation initiatives.
• Mapping potential business opportunities and technology requirements across the aviation sector.
• Supporting the sales team in preparing customer presentations, solution proposals and opportunity briefs.
• Conducting competitor and market research to identify potential partners, technologies and differentiators.
• Supporting tender and proposal activities, including gathering requirements, organising information and preparing presentation materials.
• Developing sales and account intelligence to help the team identify new opportunities and strengthen engagement with aviation customers.
• Supporting selected proof-of-concept or innovation initiatives where the intern can gain exposure to how technology solutions are applied to real airport operations.
