This internship provides students with the opportunity to work directly with Sales Leadership, and Executive Management in driving strategic business development initiatives in Singapore. Interns will gain first‑hand exposure to how commercial strategies are formulated, translated into executive presentations, and executed through collaboration with sales, delivery, and corporate teams. They will also participate in the planning and execution of executive‑level customer engagements involving C‑suite leaders from both the company and its clients.

The internship is designed for students who are interested in business strategy, consulting, programme management, corporate communications, and executive operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives in collaboration with the Country Lead and Sales Leadership.
• Translate strategic concepts into executive-ready presentation materials, business proposals, and communication collateral.
• Track action items and coordinate follow-ups with sales teams to monitor progress on strategic initiatives, pursuits, and business opportunities.

Executive Engagement & Project Delivery

• Support the planning and execution of executive meetings, customer engagements, and C-suite visits.
• Coordinate presentation materials, meeting logistics, stakeholder inputs, and administrative requirements to ensure successful executive engagements.
• Liaise with internal business units to consolidate information and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between Sales, Delivery, Operations, Legal, and other corporate functions to facilitate timely execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor project milestones such as pursuit progress, contract signing status, and business updates from regional teams, including Brunei.
• Coordinate customer meetings and assist with scheduling and communication between internal stakeholders and clients.

Business Communications & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and enhance executive presentation templates, reporting formats, and communication materials to improve consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes and improve the effectiveness of executive engagements through process enhancements and new ideas.

Role Flexibility

• Support additional strategic, commercial, or executive initiatives as business priorities evolve.
• Contribute to special projects that provide exposure to cross-functional collaboration and executive decision-making.
