About the Role

As a UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent process automations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to assess processes, set up RPA Centers of Excellence (CoE), and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct RPA process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Set up and manage RPA CoE, including deployment and license management for UiPath.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath for mainframe and web applications.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, AI/ML models, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including handover documents and solution transition materials.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and clients.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support project planning, risk management, and delivery within schedule constraints.
• Contribute to solution documentation, effort estimation, and software quality assurance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience in RPA development using UiPath, including admin tasks such as deployment and license management.
• Experience automating mainframe and web applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and VB scripting.
• Knowledge of API integration, AI/ML models, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand and document business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with database models (e.g., Dataverse, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Experience in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, TDD).
• UiPath Developer Certification (or equivalent RPA tool certification).
• Solid technical experience in IT programming, including functional and technical design, coding, unit testing, and documentation.

Desirable:

• Experience managing support and maintenance teams.
• Experience in delivery planning and software quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
