Job summary

Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, responsive experiences for our corporate website across desktop and mobile. You will turn business and user requirements into clear interfaces and work closely with product, development and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, creating scalable layouts, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining a consistent design system while

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Experience designing for e-commerce or transactional websites, including logged-in and account-based experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with data - able to use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, responsive experiences across our website on desktop and mobile.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes, from concept through to production-ready design.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces.
• Design scalable, reusable layouts and patterns that allow new pages and projects to be rolled out quickly and consistently.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
• Prepare and hand over design specifications and assets to developers, and support them through implementation and QA.
• Continuously improve and optimise the user experience across projects, using analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and grow a consistent design system and component library aligned to our brand.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and cross-browser expectations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
