TPC System Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. invites a Project Engineer (UHP Gas Piping) to join our team at the Micron Semiconductor Project Site in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will support execution of Ultra High Purity gas piping projects, coordinate engineering activities, oversee site installation, and ensure compliance with specs, safety, and schedules. The role requires 3–5 years in UHP gas piping or semiconductor facilities, familiarity with ASME B31.3, SEMI, ISO, and piping materials, plus

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in UHP gas piping installation or semiconductor facility projects.
• Knowledge of UHP gas systems, orbital welding, high-purity piping materials, and cleanroom construction practices.
• Familiar with ASME B31.3, SEMI, and ISO.
• Able to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, engineering drawings, and layout plans.
• Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera will be an advantage.
• Relevant certification or experience in welding inspection, quality control, or workplace safety will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage project activities in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from design through testing and commissioning.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, specs, and safety requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
• Coordinate UHP gas piping layouts, routing, and installation methods.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, submissions, and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
