Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Product Manager to lead the UC portfolio, shaping strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management. You will oversee catalogues, SKU integrity, and inventory planning to support commercial readiness and strong execution. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer value.

You will develop GTM plans, create compelling product positioning, and enable sales with training and demos, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or unified communications.
• Strong understanding of unified communications, voice, and collaboration technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle management for UC portfolio.
• Oversee catalogues, SKU management, inventory planning, and order fulfilment.
• Identify market opportunities through analysis and customer engagement.
• Develop go-to-market plans, product positioning, and sales enablement.
• Monitor performance, financial metrics, and market trends; drive improvements.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners to support objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects and others for delivery.
• Prepare product trainings, demos, and enablement sessions.
