Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to join our dynamic team. You will drive testing for UC IVR, telephony, and contact-center programs, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to schedules.

Lead and mentor test leads and engineers, own test strategy and governance, report risks and readiness to stakeholders, and coordinate onshore/offshore activities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in software testing and QA.
• Strong leadership skills to manage testing teams.
• Experience delivering high-quality projects and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs.
• Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases.
• Lead and mentor test leads and engineers (onshore/offshore).
• Report test progress, risks, and release readiness to senior stakeholders.
• Manage test cycles, environments, data, and defect lifecycle.
• Strong experience leading testing for: IVR systems, Telephony platforms, and TMAC applications.
• Inbound, outbound, and callback call flows (end-to-end validation).
• Telecom integrations including CTI, SIP, VoIP, PBX, SBC, and dialer systems.
• Exposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Amazon Connect.
• Experience in banking/contact center transformations.
• Hands-on knowledge of IVR Automation Tools (Empirix, Hammer, Call Master, or similar tools).
• Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms.
