Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Test Manager/Lead to drive testing across Unified Communications, IVR, telephony and contact centre platforms. You will define the test strategy, govern end-to-end testing, and ensure release readiness across multiple programs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, advanced knowledge of VoIP/CTI/SIP, and the ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Unified Communications/Telephony/IVR/Contact Centre testing.
• 3–5+ years in a Test Manager/Lead role or similar leadership.
• Hands-on testing experience with IVR systems, telephony platforms and contact centre solutions.
• Knowledge of CTI, SIP, VoIP, PBX, SBC and dialer systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy, planning, execution and governance for UC/IVR/Contact Centre programmes.
• Lead, coordinate and mentor Test Leads and Test Engineers across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage end-to-end test cycles including planning, environments, data, defects and reporting.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks and release readiness to management and stakeholders.
• Lead functional and integration testing across IVR, telephony and contact centre platforms; validate call flows.
• Coordinate testing across major CC platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Amazon Connect).
• Support performance and load testing for voice and telephony platforms.
• Ensure defects are prioritized, tracked and resolved within timelines.
