Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Test Manager to own test strategy for UC IVR and Contact Center programs. You will lead test teams onshore and offshore, report risks to senior stakeholders, and ensure release readiness across multiple platforms.

The role requires 7–10 years in UC testing, plus 3–5 years in a leadership position, with hands-on experience in IVR, telephony, and major contact center platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE and Amazon Connect.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Unified Communications testing experience.
• 3–5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.
• Strong experience in IVR, Telephony, TMAC, and Contact Center testing.
• Exposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, and Amazon Connect platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of IVR Automation Tools Empirix Hammer Call Master or similar tools.
• Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs.
• Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases.
• Lead and mentor test leads and engineers onshoreoffshore.
• Report test progress risks and release readiness to senior stakeholders.
• Manage test cycles environments data and defect lifecycle.
• Inbound outbound and callback call flows endtoend validation.
• Test Telecom integrations including CTI SIP VoIP PBX SBC and dialer systems.
• Exposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, and Amazon Connect platforms.
