Job summary
Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled UC Engineer to support Cisco UC and Telepresence environments across APAC. You will handle ITSM processes, ticketing, and customer communications while coordinating with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize the UC ecosystem.
The role requires hands-on configuration, documentation, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic regional team. Applicants should have UC and Cisco voice experience, CUCM expertise, and relevant certifications; this position
Qualifications
- Experience managing and troubleshooting UC and contact centre solutions.
- Hands-on with CUCM, Unity Connection, Cisco IMP, Jabber, CMS, UCCE/PCCE.
- Knowledge of Cisco Telepresence endpoints and components.
- Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways and SIP/H.323 protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting of voice routing and call quality.
- CUCM Dial Plan expertise; third-party integration with CUCM preferred.
- CCNP/CCIE Collaboration certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand and familiarize with ITSM processes and Support Operations.
- Manning ticketing platform and support email during office hours.
- Ensure prompt, courteous customer communications.
- Lead remediation sessions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain system guides and project documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external engineers for troubleshooting.
- Perform onsite/remote site surveys and inventory audits.
- Open and close support tickets; provide timely updates.
