Job summary
Tap Growth ai seeks a Cisco UC Support Engineer to administer and enhance enterprise communication across a global environment. You will manage CUCM/UCM, Webex Cloud services, and integrations with Teams and Zoom while supporting executive events.
The role requires 5+ years in Unified Communications or related technologies, and strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities to ensure reliable collaboration services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Voice, Video Conferencing, or Collaboration technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments with global users and conference room tech.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support CUCM/UCM environments.
- Manage Cisco Webex Cloud services and collaboration platforms.
- Design, implement, and support integrations: CUCM, Video Conferencing, Webex, Teams, and Zoom.
- Provide L2/L3 support for conference rooms and collaboration endpoints.
- Support Cisco Room Series devices, codecs, and AV peripherals.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to voice, video, and collaboration services.
- Plan and execute video conferencing and collaboration refresh projects.
- Provide technical support for executive meetings and high-visibility events.
- Collaborate with design teams and external AV vendors to align with standards.
