Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience with UAT, defect logging, QA, or testing support is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and data verification.
• Well-organised with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication; independent worker.
• Experience in admin, ops, or coordination is a plus.
• Familiar with case management, workflow, or licensing systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Log defects and support UAT for system enhancements, solutions, and fixes.
• Assist with testing activities and administrative tasks for ongoing operations.
• Support exporting forms, uploading documents, and processing/approving payments.
• Perform data verification and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide admin support for licensing-related operations and business processes.
• Assist with documentation, record keeping, and operational support.
• Provide admin support for Earthworks Requirements matters.
• Coordinate and support process transitions as manual workflows are automated.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for ops and testing.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
