Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented UAT Tester to join our quality assurance team. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and acceptance criteria, and you will develop and execute UAT plans and scripts.

You will coordinate UAT sessions, document defects, and ensure all requirements are met before product release. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT testing sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during UAT.
• Communicate test results and provide feedback to development and SD teams.
• Ensure that all business requirements are met before product release.
• Assist in the preparation of UAT test environments and data.
• Support the resolution of issues and re-test fixes as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement of UAT processes and methodologies.
