Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a QA/UAT tester for a 4-month contract in Singapore. The role involves conducting UAT for online systems, logging defects, and coordinating with users and IT teams to verify fixes.

The candidate will maintain testing records and update documentation, with duties including ad-hoc tasks as required. Working hours roughly 8:30am–5:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–5:15pm Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience performing UAT for online systems.
• Ability to identify and document bugs and usability issues.
• Ability to follow up testing and verify fixes.
• Experience liaising with users and IT teams on testing topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for online systems and applications.
• Identify, document and track system bugs, errors and usability issues.
• Conduct follow-up testing to verify fixes and enhancements.
• Liaise with users and IT teams on testing, issue resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain testing records and update relevant user guides and documentation.
• Undertake other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
