Job summary

Unison Consulting Pte. Ltd. is building an OPS team to manage the UAT environment across projects. The role demands strong technical acumen, process ownership, and the ability to coordinate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for reliable UAT execution.

You will govern the UAT lifecycle, oversee data refreshes from PROD, and orchestrate testing calendars across hundreds of teams, with dashboards and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong IT infrastructure and application architecture acumen.
• Proven process ownership and governance experience.
• Experience in testing lifecycle management and project dependencies.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern the UAT environment life cycle ensuring stability and reliability.
• Coordinate data refreshes from PROD, batch runs, and issue resolution.
• Onboard new applications into end-to-end UAT and coordinate cross-functional activities.
