Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Singapore is looking for a Project Engineer to support engineered and turnkey projects across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka, and Mongolia. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Product Companies to ensure timely, cost-effective execution from concept through delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of compressed air systems, project planning, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on delivering quality, on-time results for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in application engineering and project management for engineered and turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and product integration.
• Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers, and factories through project lifecycles.
• Ability to review technical and commercial requirements and support bids.
• Excellent communication and planning skills for on-site and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to review inquiries and prepare scope summaries.
• Issue RFQs to vendors with Procurement coordination.
• Work with Product Companies to ensure timely proposals and competitive pricing.
• Support Sales in technical bid clarifications.
• Develop and maintain project costing summaries and commercial evaluations.
• Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with factories for Part Numbers.
• Manage project execution to meet delivery schedules and contract requirements.
• Provide engineering support throughout lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Lead turnkey project installations and manage variations and claims.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to optimize profitability.
